Our agreement includes all correspondence from us to you and the descriptions of the goods as provided by us on our Website.
The terms of this, Our Agreement with You, shall govern our contract to the exclusion of any other Terms and Conditions. Any typographical, clerical, or other error or omission in any sales literature, price list, acceptance of offer, or other document issued by us is subject to amendment. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your Order and the details provided in your Order Form.
We shall not be liable to you, or be deemed in breach of this Agreement by failing to perform our obligations if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control - this includes: Acts of God, Explosions, Flooding, Fire, Accident, Outbreak of War, Government Embargoes, Import / Export Regulations, Strikes or other Industrial Actions, Power Failure or Breakdown of Machinery.
Use of Information Apart from noting Email Addresses for future news and promotions about TheManDan.co.uk (Opt Out Anytime), We do not store / collect any Information in relation to You, the customer. Nor do we pass Information on to Third Parties.

Note To UK Buyers - Your Shipping Fee's will be Refunded By The Man Dan once your Transaction is Complete. PayPal refunds can take a few hours to show up on your account so please be patient.
All items are personlly taken by The Man Dan to the Post Office and are sent by Royal Mail First Class (United Kingdom) and by Royal Mail Airmail (Rest of World). Shipping/Handling Costs Included In The Stated Point-Of-Sale Postage Price. All prices are final.
Delivery Policy Continued Items will be processed and shipped within 2 working days of your order being received. Please allow an additional 7 days for your items to arrive. If, after 21 days, your items still have not arrived, please Email Us and we will be happy to arrange a Refund or re-send a replacement item.
Returns and Refunds Any items can be returned for a Full Refund (excluding any postage costs) as long as the item is Undamaged and in its Original Condition. By Law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 working days after the delivery date.
